Please note: Applications sent in by post take longer to
process than applications submitted at the counter in Paris. In
the case of imminent travel, it is recommended to submit your application
at the counter in Paris. For further information, please consult
our Processing Times page.
Warning: All incomplete applications, or applications
accompanied by an incorrect or insufficient payment will not be
accepted, and will be returned to applicants in the Chronopost envelope
provided by them.

To submit a visa application
Fill in your application online, print it and sign it. Attach all
relevant documents required to your application form, according
to the visa category, your nationality or origin if relevant.
All postal applications must be sent along with the check list for
a postal application (Download on the Additional Forms page).
This check list should be filled in and signed.
To have your passport sent back to you
All applications submitted by post will be returned by Chronopost.
Please subscribe, for each passport, to our optional 'Chronopost Service' whereby we will provide the required envelope at a preferential rate
Should you desire to supply the envelope yourself,you will be required to purchase for each passport ,a
Chronopost envelope (Chronopass 13, envelope de 500g) labelled with your address.Any other envelope would be
refused and your application would remain pending.For technical reasons, the return of your passport may take
longer and VF Services (UK) Limited would not be able to assist in the tracking of your passport after dispatch
in the case of delays or loss.

N.B Payments by cash, card or personal cheque are not accepted.
If you wish, one payment can be enclosed where your postal package
contains multiple applications.
