Collection Points

Collection Points enable you to:

• Drop off a visa application

• Withdraw your visa application (return of passports exclusively by Chronopost)
  
• Submit a visa application in emergency
  
• Have your visa application file checked
  
• Obtain general information regarding visas or information specific to your case

Please note: Applications dropped at one of our Collection Points take longer to process than applications sent to us by courier or submitted at the counter in Paris. In the case of imminent travel, it is recommended to submit your application at the counter in Paris. For further information, please consult our Processing Times page.

The role of Collection Points
The unique purpose of Collection Points is to group visa applications and send them to Paris. This service aims at providing a secure mode of transport for your visa application at no extra charge for you. Your file will only be opened and examined once arrived in Paris. Any incomplete file would be returned to you at your cost.

Please note that staff members in Collection Points are employed by a third party and are not affiliated to VF Services (UK) Limited. Their only instruction is that of collecting a sealed envelope containing your visa application. They are not able to provide any advice concerning the procedures of making a visa application. They are not able to check whether or not your application is complete.

All applications submitted at a Collection Point will be returned by Chronopost. Please subscribe, for each passport, to our optional 'Chronopost Service' whereby we will provide the required envelope at a preferential rate.

Days of opening:
Drop off Points are open Monday to Friday. They are closed on all French and Indian Bank Holidays.
