Conference Visa
- Original passport valid for the period applied for/duration
of the conference and having three blank visa pages.
- Copy of the data page of the passport containing name and photograph.
- Three photographs conforming to prescribed specifications.
- Two visa application forms duly filled in and signed by the
applicant.
- Original letter of invitation for a conference/seminar as a
delegate to attend an international conference/seminar held by
government bodies, public sector undertakings in India.
- Embassy fees and VFS service fees.
