1. Original passport valid for the period applied for (six months or more) and having three blank visa pages.
   
   
2. Copy of the data page of the passport containing name and photograph.
   
   
3. Three photographs conforming to prescribed specifications.
   
   
4. Two visa application forms duly filled in online and signed by the applicant.
   
   
5. Downloaded and filled Employment Visa Proforma.
   
   
6. Original Employment Contract specifying terms and conditions of employment.
   
   
7. Certificate of incorporation of the Employer/Company.
   
   
8. Downloaded and filled undertaking regarding recovery of Income tax in India.
   
   
9. Downloaded and filled E-Visa Company/salary/Tax summary proforma.
   
   
10. Valid resident permit for non-French nationals living in France.
    
    
11. Proof of payment of income tax (Certified copy of income tax return, Form no. 16 etc.) in case of renewal of Employment Visa.
    
    
12. Proof of attempts at renewing E-Visa in India/at FRRO for all renewal of E-Visa cases.
    
    
13. Embassy fees and VFS service fees.
