The Call Centre enables you to:
 |
Obtain general information |
 |
Track your visa application |
Please note that the Call Centre is only trained to provide general information. If you have any special requirements, or require advice which needs personal interpretation, we would invite you to contact us by email or visit our Visa Application Centre in Paris bringing along your documents.
For data protection reasons, the call centre agents only have limited access to the information related to your visa application. Therefore, they are only able to track your application with the registration number that was generated when VFS took your application. You can find it on your receipt (e.g: APAR/01012010/0001/01, MARS/01012010/0001/01….). Applicants who want to track their application but did not get a receipt with a registration number (applications submitted by post, in Lyon or in a collection point) are advised to send their query by email with their passport number.
For customer service purposes, your call may be recorded.
