Fees

The price of your visa is made up of fixed service charges and variable consular charges. The consular charges depend on the type of visa requested and on your nationality or origin. Please consult the tables below in order to calculate your visa fees. Unless otherwise mentioned, fees are cumulative from one table to another. Important Notice
Your payment allows you to deposit a visa application. The latter can be accepted, refused or modified by the Embassy of India in its full right. Once fees have been paid, they cannot be refunded, even in a case of a visa refusal or cancelling an application.

Service Fees:
These fees are charged by VF Service (UK) Limited for the handling of your application.

Referral Fees: These referral fees are charged by the Embassy of India for processing a foreign application or a foreign origin application.

Visa Fees: These fees are charged by the Embassy of India according to the visa category requested. These fees may be reviewed according to your nationality or origin (see annexure I).

Annexure I - specific information per nationality

Important: certain nationalities are granted free or reduced visa fees; the applicants of such countries must however pay the service fees and the referral fees.

Example 1: an American passport holder requesting a 6 month tourist visa which he will withdraw at the counter must pay: 50 € (Visa Fees) + 30 € (Foreign Passport Referral) + 25 € (Additional Service Charges for Americans) + 14 € (Service Charge) = 119 €

Example 2: a Mauritian passport holder requesting a 6 month tourist visa which he will withdraw at the counter must pay: 0 € (Visa Fees) + 30 € (Foreign Passport Referral) + 14 € (Service Charge) = 44 €
