For travel agents

Travel agents are hereby advised to utilise the username and password provided to register their applications online.

Authorised travel agents must log in their applications online. All applications logged in online will be available for a period of 10 days from their date of saving their files.

Within 10 days of saving the application online, the applications registered online must be printed and presented individually along with their respective passports and supporting documents as per the visa category.

All Travel Agents would be allowed to submit their completed application forms between Mondays to Fridays between 0900 hrs - 1200 hrs at specific counters.

Payment for the visa fees can be made either in cash or through debit cards/credit cards at the application centers following which a receipt would be issued for the same.

Please note that only applications correct in all respects and which are filled online will be accepted.

Note :-

1.In cases where the travel agents are completing the online application form on behalf of the applicants and wherein the applicants are not physcially present with the agent : Please ask the applicant to provide their signature on a blank application form which should be attached with the original online completed and printed application form.
