The India Visa Application Centre is officially authorised by the Embassy of India, Paris to accept applications for all categories of visas, collect applicable visa application charges and, return processed Applications and Passports to applicants. In addition, the India Visa Application Centre has also been permitted to schedule Interviews for applicants with the Embassy, as required.

Please note there is no change in the Indian Immigration Rules. All applications will be assessed and decided by the Visa and Immigration Office at the Embassy of India, Paris, in accordance with the Indian Immigration Legislation and Policy.

The India Visa Application Centre is run and managed by VF Services (UK) Limited. VFS provides the Visa Application support service only. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the Officers at the Embassy of India. Any applicant submitting false documentation or other information in support of their application may be refused a visa and the matter maybe referred to the local authorities of the Embassy of India, Paris, only.

Staff members at the India Visa Application Centre have no power or influence over the outcome of an Application and their role is entirely impartial. India Visa Application Centre team members will provide the Visa information but they cannot and will not offer Immigration advice. It remains our commitment to ensure the integrity of our visa process.
