Applicants throughout France can send their application directly to the Paris application centre once the same has been completed online at www.vfs-in-fr.com. Please include a chronopost envelope, one per applicant (Les Prêt- à-Expédier - Chronopass 13 enveloppe 500g) in addition to the visa fees and service charges so that your passport once received from the Embassy of India, Paris can be returned to you.

If an applicant is unable to send the above mentioned chronopost envelope, VFS can arrange for the same at a nominal charge of 18€ per passport which is optional. The applicant is requested to pay the charges for the same along with the visa fees and service charges.

Please note the time taken by the post to deliver your application to us, as your application will remain on our system for a period of 10 days from the time it was filled and saved.

Please note: Any incomplete applications or applications with insufficient funds shall not be reviewed and will be returned back.

Kindly include a certified cheque or postal order as a mode of payment favoring VF Services (UK) Limited while applying through La Poste. Kindly do not send in cash along with your application via post.

If a family or a group is applying together, they can pay for the visa fees and the service charges for all their members through one draft or a certified cheque.
