Please find below the list of documents required to collect your passport.
A template letter for authorisation for a third party to collect your
passport is available on our Additional Forms page. For security
reasons, no passport can be returned without these documents.
The procedure of passport collection for minors is very strict. For
the security of your children, we thank you for your understanding
on this matter.

Collecting your passport
- Your original receipt stapled to your passport copy
Collecting a passport for a third party
- Original receipt stapled to passport copy
- Authorisation letter written and signed by the passport holder
- Photocopy of identity card of person collecting the passport
One of two parents collecting a passport
for a minor child
- Original receipt stapled to passport copy
- Authorisation letter written and signed by parent not collecting
- Photocopy of identity card of parent not collecting
- Photocopy of the 'Livret de Famille' (pages: husband, wife,
child concerned)
Third party collecting a passport for a minor
child
- Original receipt stapled to passport copy
- Authorisation letter written and signed by both parents
- Photocopy of identity card of both parents along with that of
the person collecting the passport
- Photocopy of the 'Livret de Famille' (pages: husband, wife,
child concerned)
Collecting your passport in case of cancellation
or postal application
- Photocopy of identity card of person collecting
Important notice: Please note that VF Services (UK) Limited does not play any role whatsoever in the grant of a visa. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for visas not corresponding to your request. It is your responsibility to check your passport when you collect it before leaving the Visa Application Center, or upon receipt of the Chronopost. You should immediately inform us if you feel there is a mistake on your visa and you want to request a rectification.
