Pre-check relating to Minor/Child Visas (applicants under the age of 18 years)

In case the visa applicant is a child and is travelling either alone or with one parent please note the following:

Along with the application form for the child, written permissions must be obtained from both parents (if travelling alone) or from the parent not accompanying the child, along with a copy of their passport/identity card bearing a signature.

In case a minor does not have their own passport and is endorsed on their parent's passport, no application form is needed for the child (Please complete section 9 on main applicant's form). One photograph of the child must be pasted to the accompanying parent's visa application form. Please note that no visa fees or service fees will be applicable to the child in this case.
