Please note:
VFS service charge of 12 Euros (inclusive of VAT) is applicable
per passport and is non refundable.
Payment through cards (Visa, Master, Carte Bleue (CB) only accepted)
or cash is accepted at the India Visa Application Centre. Applicants
can also make payments through certified cheques or postal orders
favouring VF Services (UK) Limited.
Applying through Courier/Post:
Kindly include along, with your online completed application form,
Passport and supporting documents, a Chronopost envelope, one for
each applicant (Les Prêt- à-Expédier - Chronopass
13 enveloppe 500g) in addition to the Visa Fees and Service Charges
for your processed application to be returned.
If an applicant is unable to send the above mentioned Chronopost
envelope, the India Visa Application Centre can arrange for the
same at a nominal charge of 18€ per passport (This is an optional
service). The applicant is requested to pay the charges for the
same along with the Visa Fees and Service Charges.
Kindly include the Visa & Additional Fees, Service Charge and
Chronopost charge in One Certified Cheque or Postal Order as a mode
of payment favoring VF Services (UK) Limited when sending your application
through Courier or Post. Please do not send cash along with your
application via Courier or Post.
If a family or a group is applying together, they can pay for their
Visa Fees, Service Charges and Optional Service Charge (Chronopost)
for all their members through One Postal Order or Certified Cheque.
